By placing an order on addjusta.com you agree to the Terms, Conditions and Purchasing Terms on this site which will create a sales contract, between yourself and us at the point of order confirmation and acceptance. Violation:
1. If the customer misuses obligations under these terms and conditions AddJustA HB can suspend or limit the customer's use of the site, which means that no orders can be made.
2. The following is considered to be a substantially breach among others:
- The customer provides incorrect information about the name, address, email address or phone number.
- The customer harasses AddJustA HB, our employees or our customers.
Disclaimer:
You are using our products at your own risk. Damaged or worn leather can break and could potentially put you and your horse in a dangerous situation. For your safety, please inspect your tack regularly and take good care of it.
Complaints:
1. If you wish to make a complaint regarding your purchase, contact customer support. If we fail to find a satisfactory solution you can, if the requirements for it are met, submit your complaint to the European Commission's portal.
2. Placing orders on addjusta.com subjects to Swedish law. All disputes shall be settled in a Swedish court.

1. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. The use of this Website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse our website.

Pricing & Payments
Prices/Currency
The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT) for Sweden and all countries within The EU. Prices may vary across stores and conversion rates may apply. Workout Empire reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.
Payments
Payment are securely made through debit or credit card from VISA or Mastercard or by using Klarna.
Shipping
Shipping within Sweden is 69 SEK. Shipping costs to EU-countries is 20 euros.
