If a product you receive is damaged in any way, please contact us at email@example.com. It is required that it is a manufacturing defect, that the damage was not caused by misuse of the product or other phenomenon that caused the damage.
We encourage you to submit your complaint as soon as you discover the fault or complain within two months from the day you discovered the error.
If your complaint is approved, we reserve the right to repair the defective product and return it to you. If a repair is not possible, we will send you a new product. If the product is out of stock, we will refund the full amount you paid, plus the cost for shipping. Refunds for faulty goods are paid by the same method that the goods were purchased with. Please save your receipt for the shipping.
For us to be able to assess your complaint, you will need to do the following:
1) Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your complaint.
2) Describe briefly how the damage or defect occurred.
3) Send at least 4 photos in good quality with documentation of the defect. The damage must be visible on at least two of the pictures. There must also be picture of the whole product, a rear view and a view from the front.
4) Note the order number the product had and send a copy of the order confirmation/receipt. We hereafter treat your complaint.
In some cases it may be required to send the product back to us for more detailed inspection. If it appears that the claim is justified, we will refund the shipping costs so remember to save the receipt and other information about shipping costs. If the complaint is unjustified you are responsible for the shipping cost to us and also the standard shipping cost of sending the product back to you after inspection.
Please note that you are responsible for the package/product until we receive it. Ensure that the product is properly packaged and that you get a receipt and a tracking number.
